Power
Metered separately on peak draw at $900 per kVA per month before the site multiplier, so you pay for what the rack actually pulls.
Cooling
Chillers and CRAC units run at N+1, with N+20% on CRAC at most sites. Equinix publishes the exact configuration per building.
Connectivity
100 Mbps on a unit, 500 Mbps on a rack, settled monthly. Fixed rate or 95th percentile, agreed up front. Overage $0.35 per Mbps; cross-connects $100 each.
Remote hands
Reboots, cabling and media swaps at $80 per hour. No hours are included in the monthly fee.

Power and the base rate both carry the site multiplier shown in the table. Bandwidth overage settles monthly; you can take a fixed committed rate or 95th-percentile billing, agreed before you order — 95th requires a deposit. No remote-hands time is included in the monthly fee. Annual billing charges 11 months for 12. Prices are in US dollars and include Singapore tax; SGD billing is at the live exchange rate.

ACCESS & SECURITY
Who can touch your rack, and when.
Every site runs man-trap entry, 24/7 on-site security officers, biometric and card readers, CCTV and motion detection. Access is by named list and booked through us — tell us who is coming and when, and we arrange it with the facility.
Colocation questions
Can I ship hardware to the facility instead of delivering it?
Yes, but we do not publish site addresses — email us and we will give you the receiving address for your site. Deliveries are accepted on business days only, within the facility own receiving hours; anything arriving at a weekend is held until the next business day. We store it free for three days.
What happens if I need more power than the rack allows?
Additional power is billed at the same rate as the rest: $900 per kVA per month before the site multiplier, where the site has capacity. We confirm headroom before you commit.
Do you offer a monthly term, or is colocation annual only?
Both. Monthly and annual are available on every configuration; annual bills 11 months for 12.
Can I mix colocation with dedicated servers or VPS?
Yes — they run on one account and bill on one invoice. Private connectivity between your rack and our own fleet is available; email us and we will quote it for your setup.
